Production Operative/Print Finisher (Full Time)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative/Print Finisher to join our production team. While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating a range of finishing equipment, including guillotine, binder, stitcher, and folding machines
- Carrying out general print finishing duties to a high standard
- Completing fulfilment tasks, including packing and dispatch preparation
- Scanning incoming mail and documents to an auditable standard
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in print finishing or production (desirable but not essential)
