Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and bubbly Server to join our strong team. The ideal candidate will have a previous experience serving, a strong knowledge of wine and spirits, a keen eye to up-sell wherever possible and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests when dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks and food
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and pairings
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness
- Work collaboratively with the bar and kitchen team
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods
- Must be eligible to work in the UK & have a passport or birth certificate to prove this.
- Must be able to work some weekday evenings & most weekends
- Holiday period availability such as bank holidays, The Christmas Period,
