Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Handling correspondence via email, postal mail, and other communication channels
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative materials
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Providing general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Experience in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Xero
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated administrative experience supporting daily office functions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
This role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to the efficiency of our organisation. Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn.
