Conveyancer - Walsall (Hybrid Working) - £35,000 - £40,000

Our client, a well-regarded law firm in the Walsall area, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their residential property team. You'll be handling your own caseload from start to finish, with searches and support in place so you're not bogged down in admin - just genuine ownership of your files and the autonomy to manage them your way.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Working independently while knowing support is there if you need it
- What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Great client communication skills
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner background all welcome
