We are currently looking for a Night Shift Machine Operator to join our night shift production team and play a key role in our manufacturing process.
The Role
As a Night Shift Machine Operator, you will ensure that our products are manufactured in accordance with Company Quality and Hygiene Standards, Customer Specifications, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Equipment – Operate process and filling machinery, ensuring accurate recording of production data.
- Quality & Hygiene Compliance – Adhere to all hygiene standards and company procedures to maintain food safety.
- Equipment Inspections & Troubleshooting – Conduct routine checks, report issues, and coordinate with the Engineering Department when needed.
- Following SOPs & Safety Guidelines – Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and workplace safety regulations.
- Production Efficiency & Data Analysis – Monitor process data to identify areas for improvement and optimise output.
- Team Communication – Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintenance & Cleaning – Perform basic maintenance tasks and cleaning duties related to equipment and the production area.
- Energy Efficiency – Support company initiatives on energy conservation and sustainable production practices.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of production, equipment readings, and maintenance logs.
- Other Duties – Carry out additional responsibilities as required to support the production team and business needs.

Working Hours
Night Shift Machine Operators work a 40-hour week, scheduled as follows:
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
