Trainee – Pre-press for Carton Manufacturer

The Role
You will work within the studio alongside our design / artwork and CAD technicians. Be well-organised, show good attention to detail, and be self-motivated to get work done to the highest possible quality to ensure consistent service to the print department.
Duties will include learning and understanding print set up for artwork, using Esko software and workflows to create proofs and laydowns, preparing artwork for samples, making printing plates, understanding design briefs, using a CAD plotter table and maintaining quality checks and processes are followed.
Please note this is not a graphic design role.

- Confident and able to communicate with people at all levels.
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
