Monday - Friday
7am - 4pm

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Responsibilities
- Operate various plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and perform basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
- Assist with the setup and calibration of equipment for different production runs.
- Record operational data accurately and report any anomalies or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling of materials as required by the role.
- Prior experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including potential overtime during busy periods.
