Next Step Nursing Agency are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support individuals within the community, delivering care in patients’ own homes across Pembrokeshire and Fishguard for adults and children.
This role involves supporting service users with complex care needs, so we are looking for reliable, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who can provide consistent, high-quality care within a family home environment.
Whether you are available for 1 shift per week or up to 5 shifts, we can offer flexibility to suit your availability. We also have block bookings available with immediate starts.
Pay from £15 up to £23 per hour
shifts between 7 and 12 hours 7 days a week
Temporary and block booking available
- Minimum 12 months Healthcare experience
- Social Care Wales registered
- DBS (or willing to obtain)
