Responsibilities:
*Self-employed job role.
*Block/property maintenance - Internal and external works to our blocks and properties within these blocks of which will require some knowledge in plumbing and at times minor electrics.
*Must have a driving licence*

Pay: £140.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hastings, East Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
