We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance team to support continued growth. This role will involve working cross functionally across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily sales and purchase ledger invoicing including customer self billing

Credit control
- Assisting with sales and purchase ledger month end reconciliations

Assisting with annual audit

Assisting with credit card statements

Dealing with customer/supplier invoice queries efficiently

Liaising with colleagues as and when required to resolve any departmental queries

Provide support to head of finance and accountant with ad hoc finance duties

Sage payroll experience and legislation knowledge
Experience required:
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced finance department

High level of attention to detail

Competent in all Microsoft Office packages including excel and word

Knowledge and experience using an ERP system

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Knowledge and experience using Sage Payroll

Excellent communication skills are essential

Ability to work well as part of a team, but also using own initiative

Ability to work accurately whilst working to tight deadlines
This is a full-time, dayshift position working 37 hours per week with a 1pm finish on Fridays.
