We are now looking to recruit a full time, site based Honing Engineer on a day shift basis (Mon - Thu 8:00am - 5:00pm and Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to set and operate the Honing machine
-
Good understanding of Engineering drawings
-
Maintaining high standards of documentation / product traceability

Working to tight tolerances
-
Used to using inspection equipment to check own work
-
Working with Engineers to make and suggest improvements to the manufacturing processes

Create methods of manufacture

Combined with this experience, it is essential that you possess:

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideal candidates will also have had exposure to / experience of:

Knowledge of working to AS9100 & ISO9001 Standards

A background in Aerospace / Automotive / Motorsport Manufacturing
-
Ideally 4-5 years+ experience in Manufacturing environment of honing, ideally with cylinder liners / Cylinder Blocks
