- Following care plans and instructions to make sure each person receives the right support for their individual needs.
- Following Health and Safety guidance, particularly around moving and handling and the use of protective equipment.
- Keeping clear and accurate online records about the care and support you’ve provided.
What we’re looking for:
- A caring and compassionate approach, with empathy for the needs of our clients.
- The ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully and consistently.
- Sufficient spoken and written English to carry out the role safely and effectively, including understanding care plans and instructions, communicating clearly and completing accurate care records.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to maintain accurate online records.
