Project Manager:

What you'll actually be doing
You'll be the person holding it all together. Projects across digital, marketing, operations and customer experience will land on your desk, and it's down to you to get them delivered on time, on budget, and to a standard we're proud of.
Alongside core project delivery, the role will support Health & Safety compliance across projects and operational activity. While Health & Safety is not the primary focus of the role, experience in this area would be advantageous, particularly in relation to events, live activity and office operations.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Planning and running multiple projects at once, from scoping through to delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of promotional events and filming activities.
- Ensure venues, equipment and suppliers meet operational and safety requirements.
- Being the go-to point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers
- Keeping risks and issues visible, and sorting them before they become problems
- Reporting progress to senior stakeholders in a way that's clear, not just comprehensive
- Managing suppliers, freelancers and contractors, including onboarding
- Spotting where our delivery processes could be sharper, and building the tools and templates to get us there
What we need from you
- Solid experience as a Project Manager somewhere digital, e-commerce, media, or events-led
- A project management qualification or equivalent formal training (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, that sort of thing)
- A track record of juggling multiple projects without losing your head
- The confidence to manage stakeholders and hold your ground when it matters
It's a bonus if you've also got:
- Experience supporting Health & Safety in a workplace, project or events setting
- Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate).
- Understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and risk assessment processes.
- A working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk assessment
