An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our established, highly reviewed independent dental practice in West Yorkshire.
This role would be particularly suitable for a clinician looking for a genuinely supportive environment in which to develop their confidence, clinical skills and private dentistry. You will work closely with the Principal and Lead Clinician, who has over 19 years of clinical experience, and who is committed to providing approachable, hands-on support with treatment planning, complex cases, patient communication and career development.
At R Dental Clinic, excellent patient care is at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Associate Dentist to join our friendly and experienced team, ideally for four days per week.
About the Role
- Ideally four days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Established and well-maintained inherited patient list
- Good balance of NHS and private dentistry
- Flexible allocation of up to 4,000 UDAs
- Competitive UDA rate and private remuneration, dependent on experience
- Strong potential to develop private restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- New private patient consultations
- Opportunity to provide Invisalign, composite bonding and facial aesthetics
- Support from an experienced Treatment Coordinator
- Access to an iTero scanner for restorative and orthodontic treatment
- Support and mentoring from the Principal and Lead Clinician
- Permanent position
- Anticipated start date: October or November 2026
Clinical Hours
Our clinical hours offer a good work-life balance:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am–5:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am–4:00pm

Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Full GDC registration
- An active NHS performer number
- Appropriate professional indemnity
- A strong commitment to excellent patient care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in private restorative, cosmetic or orthodontic treatment would be beneficial, although mentoring and clinical support will be available to the right candidate.
