Self-Employed Property Inventory Clerk – Battersea/Nine Elms, London
We are looking for experienced self-employed Property Inventory Clerks to join our growing team and carry out residential property inspections across Battersea/Nine Elms and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, self-employed role with regular work available for reliable clerks.
The Role
You will carry out a range of residential property inspections, including:
- Inventories
- Check-ins
- Check-outs
- Mid-term inspections
You will be responsible for attending properties, accurately recording their condition and producing detailed photographic reports using InventoryBase.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Property Inventory Clerk
- Have previous experience using InventoryBase
- Produce accurate, detailed and high-quality reports
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Be comfortable working independently
- Have your own smartphone/tablet suitable for completing reports
- Be able to travel reliably between appointments
- Be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
