We're ready to accelerate our growth with passionate individuals who share our vision. We seek innovative thinkers who thrive on challenges and are eager to disrupt the status quo.
As a certified B Corp, we're committed to using business as a force for good and helping accelerate the transition to more sustainable transport.
2. What you'll do
We're looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing who wants to develop their skills, take ownership of real projects and build a long-term career within a fast-growing business.
You'll work across a wide range of marketing activities, gaining exposure to everything from content creation and social media to digital campaigns, events, partnerships and PR. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow with it, taking on more responsibility and developing your career.
We're all about individual empowerment. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute your own ideas and find new ways to help us grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day marketing activities across a variety of projects and campaigns.
- Managing and growing our social media channels by planning content, scheduling posts, engaging with our audience and keeping up with industry trends.
- Researching, writing and editing engaging blog posts, articles and website content.
- Creating marketing content for a range of channels, including email campaigns, case studies, promotional materials and our website.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and partnerships.
- Helping monitor marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Assisting with general marketing administration and keeping projects running smoothly.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll work closely with the marketing team across a variety of projects. One day you could be creating content for our social channels, the next helping launch an email campaign, writing a customer case study or supporting an upcoming event.
You'll have the opportunity to learn how different areas of marketing work together while building practical experience across a broad range of channels.
We are offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, with the following:
- A sought-after opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the most crucial industries of the next 20 years
- 37.5 hour working week
- 28 days holiday
- Company social and team building events
- In-person or remote working
- Flexible working
- Work from home
In this role, you'll expand your knowledge of a multi-billion-pound industry while developing practical experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, tools and technologies.
You'll be given the opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a genuine impact from day one, with ongoing training, support and opportunities for professional development as the business grows.
3. Who you are
You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone with a strong interest in marketing who is creative, organised and keen to learn.
Some previous marketing experience would be beneficial, whether that's through a professional role, education, internship, volunteering or your own projects.
Above all, we're looking for individuals who align with our vision of fostering a world where green travel is accessible to every community and business. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and bring their diverse experiences and perspectives to help us achieve that vision.
Here are some of the other qualities and skills we're looking for:
Skills and experience
- Some experience managing social media, either professionally, through education or personal projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in content creation, digital marketing and social media
- Confidence contributing ideas and taking ownership of projects
Nice to have
- Experience using social media scheduling or management tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of website content management or SEO
- Experience creating written, visual or video content
- An interest in sustainability, EVs or the wider green technology sector
4. What you can expect from us
You'll get everything you need, including a work laptop, extensive training on relevant systems and industry knowledge, and a close-knit team who supports you every step of the way.
Our remote-first approach allows flexibility, with occasional in-person gatherings for team building and strategy sessions.
Our values stem from our people. We've cultivated a work environment where individuals fully own their roles. It's a place that empowers our team to think big and enjoy the journey while focusing on continuous growth.
We foster a trusting, supportive atmosphere that encourages personal and professional growth.
Our collaborative culture values individual contributions and shapes our evolving workplace. Above all, we strive to be great colleagues. In all we do, we prioritise kindness, empathy and mutual respect.
