As a Wingers Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers, following health and safety standards, and keeping the work area clean and tidy. You will also interact with customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.
· Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and brand standards to ensure consistency, quality and safety
· Take customers orders accurately and process payments efficiently using the till system
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, front of house, seating area and customer toilet.
· Replenish inventory and supplies to ensure all items are well stocked and readily available.
· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
· Consistently deliver “TOP NOTCH” customer service by promptly addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
· Communicate and cooperate with team members and managers.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
