NSM Services Limited is a growing specialist contractor delivering damp, mould, repairs and refurbishment works across London and the South East.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Coordinator & Resident Liaison to become an important member of our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the main point of contact for residents, helping to coordinate appointments, communicate planned works and ensure every resident receives a professional and supportive experience.
No previous Resident Liaison experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for many of our residents, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience throughout their repairs journey.
You'll be responsible for arranging appointments, explaining upcoming works, coordinating access with residents and supporting our operatives and management team to ensure projects run smoothly.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently and remains calm and professional, even during difficult conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact residents by telephone and email to arrange appointments.
- Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, professional and empathetic communication.
- Explain planned works clearly and answer residents' questions.
- Coordinate access for scheduled repairs and maintenance works.
- Liaise between residents, clients, operatives and the management team.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed notes of all conversations.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Update company systems and maintain organised records.
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Support the Directors and Contracts Team with day-to-day administration.
- Assist with general office duties as required.

Essential Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Confident using computers and office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or office coordination.
- Experience within housing, construction or property maintenance.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams or Monday.com.
- Romanian or Russian language skills.
