The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years minimum experience and would like to join a growing construction company then this opportunity is for you
The role will cover the pre construction phase from initial equiry to all cost producing & tender submission for a range of domestic & commercial construction projects

Produce Bills of Quantites
Document Control
Procurement
Budget Management
Forecasting
The successful candidate is likely to have;
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Spatial awareness and ability to read/interpret drawings
- A friendly, client facing personality
- Professional writing style and good grammar
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to produce professional looking documentation
- An eye for detail and ability to identify risk
- Familiarity with measurement, units and scales
- Mathematical ability
