Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
- Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during meal preparation and service
- Assist in serving breakfast to guests when required, providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or reorder needs
- Maintain a positive work environment by supporting team members and contributing to smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast dishes and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety practices and hygiene standards applicable in commercial kitchens
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy mornings
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; serving experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to guests
