We are looking for an experienced Registration Lead to be a part of our registration team at a Happily event. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of registration including pre-planning, design, and post-event wrap-up. Also, to handle ushers for the general public / guests of the faculty and students, ensuring cooperation through effective planning and communication.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Strong interest or experience working on live events or festivals
Good English including written and verbal
REQUIRED SKILLS
Previous experience as a registration lead for live events
This is a contract role with the potential to work on future events.
Experience:
- Events management: 5 years (Required)
- Events registration: 3 years (Required)
