Magni Telescopic Handlers Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Magni Telescopic Handlers Srl, a global leader in the design and manufacture of premium rotating and heavy-duty telescopic handlers. In the UK we are a young, fast-growing business with a dynamic and collaborative team. As the UK operation expands, we are looking for a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of our sales coordination and administrative functions, playing a key role in our ongoing success.
Role Overview
This is an important role within the UK business, responsible for the administrative processes, and supporting overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth day to day running of the business.
The ideal candidate will be organised, commercially aware, and confident taking initiative to improve systems and processes. If wanted, there is opportunity for growth and to shape this role as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Sales Management
- Maintain and manage the UK order book
- Liaise with the factory to place and track orders for machines and attachments.
- Logistics Coordination
- Administrative & Financial Support
- Process NOVA declarations and manage any other import/export compliance requirements.
- Take ownership of the stock management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage supplier payments and reconcile invoices.
- Support the general day-to-day running of the office.
- Assist with reporting, CRM updates, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assisting with training on systems and what’s required from dealers
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administration role, ideally within a automotive or machinery business (although this is not essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across countries.
- Confident working with business systems — experience with ERP/CRM systems and Excel is essential. Experience with GOLD would be highly beneficial.
- Financial literacy for handling invoices, payments, and debtor chasing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
