Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a domiciliary care setting (Home Care)
Duties
- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support patients with mobility and daily activities
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and care provided
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
Experience
- Ability to drive preferable
- Essential: Familiarity with care plans and home care practices
- Nice-to-have: Basic IT skills for record-keeping
- Nice-to-have: Proficient in English to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Previous home care experience benfical but not neccasary
Hours of work, ranges from 45minutes - 12 hours, depending on the needs of the adult.
