Purpose of the Role
The Project Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling project work, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, jobs are properly planned, and customer and client expectations are met. The role combines planning, administration, customer service, and operational coordination.

Schedule and allocate resources effectively.

Log and track projects using project tracking systems.

Process and review work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Liaise with customers to arrange access and attendance.

Manage traffic management requests.

Maintain accurate records across multiple IT systems.

Respond promptly to client queries and communications.

Review completed work documentation and CCTV uploads.
-
Work closely with Operations teams to identify improvements.

Support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of the drainage industry.

Previous project planning or project management experience.

Understanding of utility/client networks.
