Part-Time Bridal Sales Assistant
We are hiring! City Brides is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic part-time Sales Assistant to join our boutique at weekends.

City Brides is a well-established bridal boutique with over ten years’ experience in the bridal industry, based in the heart of Norwich city centre. You will work alongside the owner as a Bridal Consultant, helping us provide every bride with a welcoming, memorable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting brides throughout their appointments
- Assisting clients discreetly and respectfully with dressing and undressing during fittings
- Providing first-hand feedback on gowns to support brides with their decisions
- Assisting with opening and closing the boutique
- Modelling bridal gowns for advertising and promotional purposes
- Contributing to social media content, including on-camera promotional work
- Updating website content when required
- Maintaining high standards of written communication and attention to detail
About You
Applicants with retail or sales experience will be preferred. Experience in advertising, marketing or social media would also be advantageous.
You will need to be:
- Patient, friendly, positive and passionate
- Confident working independently and taking responsibility for opening and closing the boutique
- Comfortable trying on and modelling bridal gowns
- Confident appearing in photographs and videos for social media
- Knowledgeable about current social media platforms
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service
- A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Discreet and respectful when assisting brides during fittings

Hours and Contract
The role is currently six hours per week, working Saturdays. Weekend availability is essential, so please bear this in mind when applying.
Additional days and hours may be available or required to provide holiday and sickness cover.
This is a zero-hours contract.
The role is based in Norwich city centre, and no staff parking is provided.
An immediate start is available, subject to a three-month probationary period.
