Role: Children’s Residential Support Worker
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
- Provide consistent, nurturing care and emotional support
- Help implement personalised care plans
- Engage children in meaningful, fun and developmental activities
- Communicate effectively with families, schools and professionals
- Maintain accurate records and use IT systems confidently
- Transport children safely to appointments and activities
- Promote a safe, stable and therapeutic environment
We welcome both experienced staff and those new to residential childcare.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (essential)
- Level 3/4 Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence using IT for documentation
A caring nature, commitment and emotional resilience are essential.
