Focus on the essentials and do them properly.
We're creating a hotel designed for modern travellers who value reliability, consistency and a well-considered stay.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility from day one.
You'll build the team, establish the operating standards, oversee the hotel, restaurant and café, and help shape what The Landor becomes.
The Role
Opening a hotel is different from running an established one.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up.

About You
We're looking for an experienced hotel operator with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering results.
You don't need to fit a particular mould.
What matters is sound judgement, strong leadership and a practical approach to getting things done.

- Experience recruiting, developing and leading teams.
- The ability to make decisions and take ownership.
- A calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of modern hotel systems and Microsoft 365.
