- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repair procedures and ensure proper assembly of components.
- Carry out heavy lifting and physical tasks required for equipment installation, replacement, or overhaul projects.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong understanding of schematics, mechanical knowledge, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and heavy lifting procedures.
- Experience with equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams or external clients regarding repair status or technical issues.
