We are seeking a part time Phlebotomist/Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who is well organised to provide a high quality venepuncture and sampling service.
Duties
- To provide a full venepuncture and sampling service;
- To have full working knowledge of blood collection tubes, forms and record accurate information on the practice system;
- To measure and record patient observations including, BP, pulse, height and weight;
- To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with staff and patients;
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
