We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our current kitchen brigade.
Working as part of a team of four chefs you will be responsible for the production and delivery of food to the members and guests of the club.
The ideal Chef will have the following:
- We are looking for candidates with the motivation and attention to detail
- Chefs should have a basic catering qualification or the desire to achieve an NVQ level 1 or 2 or equivalent.
- Experience in a professional kitchen, and the ability to work alone during quiet times
- The passion to want to learn and progress as a chef
- Be local to the area and/or have own transport
