JAW Property Services are a small but well established company and we are looking to rapidly expand across the North West. We specialise in commercial cleaning services across a number of residential sites in Warrington and Central Liverpool. Since establishing ourselves in 2016, we have worked tirelessly to build our business and its reputation. We have reached an exciting point that we can welcome a cleaner to our team on a self employed basis immediately. We want you to work with us, not for us.
We are looking for hard working, flexible and trust worthy cleaner who wants to leave a site, proud of the service they have provided.
Suitable candidates will be required to have the following;
- Prior cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Have their own vehicle and full driving license
We are looking to fill 12 hours per week over 5 days on a self employed basis at our site in Central Liverpool. Rate of pay is set at £17.00 per hour. 8am-11am Monday and Thursday and 9am-11am Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Duties include:
- Hoovering
- Dusting
- Steam Mopping
- Window cleaning in communal area
- Bin rotation and bringing bins in and out for collection
- Fire alarm testing (training provided)
We are looking for extremely reliable individuals who can work quickly and effectively to a schedule with a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be given 2 weeks full training with our Manager commencing immediately, before being given the freedom to work independently, but always fully supported and with full guidance.
Cleaning products, equipment and uniforms will be provided.
