In-Field Mechanic – London
We're looking for motivated and reliable In-Field Mechanics to join our growing operations team across London.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical and operational issues on bikes in the field.
- Carry out basic repairs and adjustments to keep vehicles safe and rideable.
- Reduce unnecessary warehouse retrievals by completing repairs on-site.
- Maintain parking standards in high-demand areas.
- Support customers professionally when needed.
- Help keep the fleet available and operational across London.
Pay
- £1 per completed task.
- Additional £2 bonus for every successful bike repair.
- Weekly payments.
- The more tasks you complete, the more you earn.
Daily target: 60 completed tasks.

Working Hours
This is a flexible role; however, shift start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Team members must be able to adapt to changing schedules and work in different areas of London based on daily demand.

- Basic mechanical skills and confidence using tools.
- Ability to work independently and outdoors.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Right to work in the UK.
