Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cafe operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of baristas, kitchen staff, and service personnel to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food production and presentation
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee stock control to optimize operational efficiency
- Train new staff on food handling, customer service techniques, and safety procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to uphold excellent service quality
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and equipment
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel food services
- Barista experience is highly desirable for managing beverage offerings effectively
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and develop team members
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles, including serving guests with professionalism and warmth
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: £25,420.00-£38,670.98 per year
