Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional specialising in Gel and Acrylic nail enhancements. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nail services, including gel and acrylic applications, to clients while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform gel and acrylic nail applications, including shaping, filing, and finishing to client specifications
- Provide customised nail care consultations and recommend suitable enhancements or treatments
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by sanitising tools and workstations after each client
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage when appropriate
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients online
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively
- Support team members with management tasks when required, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere
Experience
- Proven experience in gel and acrylic nail application within a professional salon setting
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments and maintain salon operations smoothly
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively
- Experience in social media management to promote salon services and build client engagement
- Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to handle diverse client needs with professionalism
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining client satisfaction
