Responsibilities
- Assist patients or residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to promote independence and dignity

- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Drive or accompany patients to appointments or activities when required, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules

Skills:
- Experience working in a care home setting or providing home care services is preferred
