We are looking for a Travel Retail Specialist to join our elite team in the Duty-Free stores at Gatwick Airport, one of the world’s busiest international airports. In this exciting role, you'll be working with a wide range of luxury products—from high-end fragrances, cosmetics, and spirits, to fashion and premium electronics—all while providing world-class customer service to travelers from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Luxury Product Expertise: Work with some of the most sought-after luxury brands in the world. Be an ambassador for high-end products, offering tailored recommendations and expert advice to customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to each customer. Provide a seamless and memorable shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Sales Targets & Performance: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets. Use your passion for luxury goods to engage customers and make each interaction count.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt to the high-energy environment of an international airport, where no two days are the same. Be prepared for a bustling atmosphere with travelers racing to make their flights while still delivering a top-tier shopping experience.
- Stock Management & Merchandising: Ensure the store is stocked and well-presented, with an eye for detail in maintaining a visually appealing display of luxury products.
Key Requirements
- Must Be 18 or Over: Due to age-restricted products, you’ll need to be 18 or older to apply.
- Experience in Luxury Retail: While experience in luxury or travel retail is an advantage, we’re also looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for luxury products and a drive to learn and succeed.
- Sales-Oriented: Motivated by exceeding sales targets and delivering results. Your enthusiasm for high-end products will help create lasting impressions with customers.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to engage with a wide range of customers from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring each feels valued and understood.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when it comes to stock management, visual displays, and providing the ultimate customer experience.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced changes in a busy airport environment. You’ll need to think on your feet and stay focused, even during peak travel times.
- Flexibility: Availability to work early morning shifts starting from 4:00 AM, including weekends, holidays, and during busy travel seasons.
