We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the team at Watershed to satisfy customer requirements and provide frequent feedback to all relevant parties. To interact on a continuous basis with all internal teams and use customer information to forecast and manage contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact with our customers and develop working relationships with equivalent job holder within customer’s site.
- Manage and maintain knowledge of each job throughout the production cycle from start to finish, making sure the customer is updated on the status of their orders.
- Manage products, service, pricing and margins according to agreed aims, not excluding new business quotations.
- Offer excellent Customer Service skills during all interactions (email, telephone and face-to-face).
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Work well under demanding time pressures.
- Provide feedback to senior management.
- Quality and NCR issues to be communicated directly through the Quality Department.
- Account and credit information to be communicated directly through the Accounts Department.
- Support the Sales Team.
- Information gathering and customer account updates.
- Daily account management; including orders, call offs, despatch, manage stock levels.
- Maintain files accurately, complete all relevant paperwork, operate to set policies and procedure established as part of our company handbook.
- Run artwork meetings in conjunction with the Studio Team.
- Participate in company training as and when required.
- Provide adequate cover when opposite partners are absent or on holiday.

Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature when required that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
