The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of Seven Districts. You’ll set the tone for every guest who walks through our doors—whether they’re grabbing a morning espresso on the go or sitting down for a relaxed catch-up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delighting Guests: Delivering warm, attentive, and authentic service from the moment customers walk in.
- Crafting Quality: Preparing high-standard hot and cold beverages, serving delicious food, and ensuring every order looks and tastes incredible.
- Keeping Things Smooth: Efficiently operating the till, handling peak-time rushes with a smile, and keeping order flow seamless.
- Maintaining Standards: Keeping the cafe floor, counter, and seating areas spotless, organized, and inviting.
- Sharing the Story: Talking passionately with customers about our coffee origins, guest roasts, and retail beans.
What We’re Looking For
- A Natural People-Person: You have great energy, an approachable personality, and love chatting with regulars and visitors alike.
- Passion for Hospitality: Prior barista or cafe experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn specialty coffee standards are what matter most!
- Team Player: You’re proactive, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand when the cafe gets busy.
- Pride in Detail: You care about cleanliness, drink presentation, and creating a clean, welcoming environment.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
