We are currently expanding our core team and looking for a new Customer Service and Sales Assistant who genuinely thrives on human interaction and loves keeping busy. As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will be the absolute face and voice of our clients. It is a highly sociable, on-the-go position that perfectly blends genuine customer care with generating steady sales results. You will be building rapport, matching customers with the right products, and working closely with your colleagues to hit targets, all while enjoying a welcoming and incredibly positive workplace culture.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Having positive, engaging conversations with customers and representing our clients with total professionalism.
- Handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional standard of service with a smile.
- Guiding customers through the sales process and matching them with the right products or services.
- Building genuine rapport and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues to meet team targets and performance expectations.
- Participating in daily morning meetings to discuss campaign updates, share successful strategies, and get energised for the day ahead.

No previous experience is required for this position, though candidates with a background in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, reception, or leisure will find that their skills transfer perfectly.

Hours and Schedule:
This is a permanent, full-time position working five days per week. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. You will also be required to work a Saturday shift from 11:00am to 4:00pm on a rota basis, with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
