As our Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You'll lead a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help shape the future of our centre as we continue to grow. Think of yourself as a mix between a team captain, operations wizard, and community cheerleader.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health & safety
Inspire, lead, and support an awesome team
Maintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibe
Organise events, workshops, and competitions
Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performance
Help drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideas
Have experience in team leadership or management (bonus if it’s in the leisure or climbing sector!)
Love climbing or the outdoors and want to share that passion with others
Are organised, proactive, and great with people
