We are a fast growing e-commerce business based in Hull, looking for a customer service representative to join our growing team.
The job consists of handling customer emails, calls and basic accounting tasks. It also includes creating quotations, invoicing and basic marketing.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent telephone and email communication skills, computer skills, english and be self-motivated. We are looking for someone who is driven, shows initiative, has excellent time management and can work well with the rest of the team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role or qualification.
Working hours are monday to friday 8:30 to 5:00.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
