We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Nora,Canary Wharf.

Responsibilities.
Running your section with pride,consistency,and precision.- Supporting the senior chefs and contributing positively to the wider kitchen team.
- Taking responsibility for prep,organisation,and execution of dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensuring every plate reflects Nora’s vision of elevated Turkish cuisine.
- Maintaining a calm,professional approach during busy services.
- Contributing ideas,curiosity,and creativity to help shape the menu and guest experience.
Requirements.
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is essential.- A genuine passion for cooking,learning,and being part of a strong,collaborative team.
