Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, including weekend work

Euro Garden & Home is one of Northern Ireland’s leading luxury outdoor living retailers, specialising in premium garden furniture, pergolas and outdoor living products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers create their ideal outdoor living space while providing a first class showroom experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom.
- Sell premium garden furniture, pergolas and outdoor living products.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, process customer orders and follow up enquiries.
- Assist with coordinating customer deliveries and installations.
- Maintain outstanding showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Support the team at garden shows and promotional events when required.
About You:
- Previous retail sales experience is essential.
- A friendly, confident and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- The ability to build rapport and confidently close sales.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota.
- Experience selling premium or high value products would be an advantage, but is not essential.
