Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records using various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and others.
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Support financial management activities by reconciling accounts, reviewing ledger entries, and preparing reports.
- Help with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
- Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in mentoring opportunities to learn best practices in financial accounting and develop professional skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry practices and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or errors promptly.
