We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented individual to join our team for a permanent, role in the Maidenhead area.
The Position & Hours
This role begins with an initial core schedule of 3 hours per week, perfectly suited as a stable, high-paying side income.
As Tomikach grows, there will be excellent opportunities for you to scale up and take on more hours. You will also have the option to pick up periodic "deep clean" work and benefit from financial incentives for short-notice emergency shift covers.
What You Will Do:
- Execute clinical-grade hygiene protocols using our BICSc-aligned training.
- Master state-of-the-art cleaning solutions and modern techniques.
- Apply strict cross-contamination controls using our color-coded system.
- Utilize digital apps and GPS clock-ins to manage your shifts and tasks.

- Premium Training: We invest heavily in you, providing gold-standard training based on the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) methodologies and other CPD accredited courses.
- Skill-Based Pay: Complete training for highly regulated, specialised environments (subject to availability) to unlock premium pay rates for those shifts.
