Branch Manager – All Types Motor Factors
All Types Motor Factors is a family-run business since 2011, supplying quality automotive parts with exceptional service to trade and retail customers. We’re not a big corporate company—your decisions and advice will directly impact our success and customer satisfaction.
Role:
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance. You’ll lead the team, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate branch staff, fostering a positive environment.
* Drive sales, meet targets, and grow trade relationships.
* Manage stock levels and ensure operational efficiency.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in a managerial role, ideally in automotive.
* Strong understanding of automotive parts and trade customers.
* Solid financial acumen and sales track record.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience is preferred, and knowledge of the MAM system will be highly advantageous.
