Mediline is looking for flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, compassionate, caring people to join our team. We provide a 24-hour support service to adults with disabilities in various settings such as within the person's home, group services, within the community or supporting people with activities, in the community and at work placements.
The role of support worker is mainly about giving the people we support the opportunity to maintain their independence and gain new skills and achieve their dreams and aspirations. We work in a person centred way to ensure that the people we support shape their own lives, as a Support Worker, your job will be to enable them to do this.
We believe that if the candidate has the right values and attitudes they can learn and develop into the role with support from a dedicated management team. Successful applicants will have access to a comprehensive induction programme including Care Certificate training and a mix of practical and media based learning during the probationary period.
