We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Nuclear & Energy team based in Suffolk.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Nuclear & Energy business, delivering contracts for a key client. You'll be responsible for managing resources, including people, finances, and physical assets, to deliver assigned projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end delivery of significant infrastructure projects while championing collaboration, safety, and sustainability.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Nuclear & Energy team, supporting them in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects for a key client. Your day to day will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of projects from commencement through to completion and handover,
- Managing strategic relationships with local authorities, statutory undertakers, and communities,
- Overseeing project performance across budget, cost forecasting, programme management, and risk mitigation,
- Leading and developing a high-performing delivery team, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration,
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, environmental consents, and contract obligations.
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification, along with APM Project Management qualification or equivalent,
- You have experience delivering major highways or infrastructure projects valued at £20m+,
- You have proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and supply chains effectively,
- You possess strong knowledge of highways construction techniques, including earthworks, pavements, and structures,
- You hold a CSCS card, SMSTS, and Full driving licence.
