Position – Full time, permanent, Sales Executive

Salary– OTE £30000 with basic salary of £26600 & Commission paid monthly. (OTE is uncapped)
All Weather Leisure is a family run business, they have been selling the Jacuzzi branded hot tubs now for over 19 years. All Weather Leisure have a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Our sales team in Shrewsbury are looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join them as a Sales Executive.
Joining as a Sales Executive, means you will be supporting and guiding our customer every step of the way as they purchase their new Hot Tub, Swim Spa, Garden buildings & Chemicals. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will take time to talk to customers, build a genuine relationship and identify what they need. You will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the showroom.
Friendly working hours between 9am & 5pm apart from Sundays which is 10am - 4pm, no late evenings
Key Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing of the store.
· Welcoming, advising and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process
· Taking payments for chemical & accessories via our invoicing system
· Answering customer phone calls and email enquiries
· Following up prospect leads and actively searching for new leads
· Follow-up existing customers and keeping them informed of new products and special offers
· Create sales ideas, offers and events
· Maintain running products and a clean working environment
· Meet sales targets
· Working out finance options for customers
