Multi-Skilled Groundworker
Location: Peterborough (with travel and working away during the week)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Multi-Skilled Groundworker to join our growing team.
The role is primarily based within the solar and battery energy storage sector, with additional work supporting farm and commercial property maintenance. This is a varied role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys different challenges and takes pride in their work.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum experience working within the solar and/or battery storage industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own reliable transport to travel to our Peterborough base.
- Willingness to work away from home during the week when required.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Groundworks and civil engineering.
- Ducting, trenching and reinstatement.
- Fencing and landscaping.
- Plant operation (tickets preferred but not essential).
- General farm maintenance.
- Commercial property maintenance and repairs.
